Completing the required training and opening the necessary sectors this morning in Prairie would not have been
possible given the staffing constraints without the assistance of JB. He stepped away from his assigned detail to help support the effort. His willingness to step into the area and contribute—despite it not being the most ideal situation—while maintaining a positive attitude made a meaningful difference.

JB always maintains a positive attitude and one geared towards helping others improve their professionalism as well. I have personally spoken to Josh several times about various scenarios to gain his perspective and he is always eager and willing to talk about it. He has single-handedly changed how I view my job as a controller and I have been in this career field for 27 years! The patience, knowledge, and expertise he displays to those wanting to learn is remarkable. He values the pilots as customers of the NAS and it shows in everything that he does including the tone that he uses and the patience he displays. He is open and encouraging for others to bring any changes that could help the NAS to him so he can work on them from his end. He is the epitome of what the PSC Professionalism Award should be!
